Government filing fees, statutory charges, certification fees, taxes, and payments made to third-party agencies are non-refundable, unless refunded by the respective authority in accordance with its own policies.

Loan approval depends entirely on the lending institution’s eligibility criteria, documentation, credit assessment, collateral requirements (where applicable), and internal policies.
Professional service charges, if any, are not refundable solely because a loan application is declined by a bank or financial institution.
